Sobadhanavi runs mission-critical national power infrastructure where a single missed diagnosis can cascade into a grid-wide outage. We built Sentrix, an air-gapped, on-premise AI architecture that turns live telemetry, field observations, and decades of engineering manuals into instant, actionable root cause analysis — without a single byte of plant data leaving the facility.
CHALLENGES
Reactive maintenance was putting grid stability at risk.
Continuous operation at Sobadhanavi is non-negotiable, but the plant's diagnostic process was still built for a slower, lower-stakes era. Three risks stood out.
The Catastrophe of Unscheduled Outages
Sudden breakdowns in turbines or SWRO pumps triggered cascading failures, resulting in revenue loss, regulatory penalties, and infrastructure strain.
Diagnostic Blind Spots & Manual Data Gaps
Telemetry recorded on paper in network dead zones meant the narrow window to catch an anomaly had often closed before the data was even digitized.
Delayed RCA & Knowledge Silos
During emergencies, engineers had to manually cross-reference thousands of OEM manuals and historical records under pressure, slowing diagnosis and risking misdiagnosis
